Orders

All custom parts are produced from the files you supply. It is your responsibility to verify dimensions, materials, and quantities before confirming an order.

Quotations and pricing

Prices shown are estimates based on the provided specifications and may be adjusted if specifications change.

Refunds

Custom parts cannot be resold, so orders are generally non-refundable once production begins. If a part arrives damaged or does not match the agreed specification, contact us and we will make it right.
